RootExtracts™’ mission is to create clean, functional, and nutritious ingredients for the food industry. Unlike the artificial products currently being produced and shipped from overseas, RootExtracts™’ is made locally to the processors and packers, reducing food miles and providing nutritional value from crops that would have otherwise gone to waste.

This creates a better outlet for lower-value crops, transforming them from potential outgrade crop into valuable proteins that can be used for plant-based meat alternatives, egg substitutes, and bakery applications through a chemical-free, natural process.
